Our 30 day policy starts when you receive your product. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we will be unable to provide you with a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it in.
Customers shall be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning their item. We offer free worldwide shipping on all of our products, however, any out of pocket shipping costs for your item (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Once your return is received it will be inspected. We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified by email regarding the approval/denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. It can take several days/weeks for a credit to post to your account, this may vary depending on your payment method.
